I was recently featured on the RPR (Realtors Property Resource) blog alongside two other REALTORS® sharing how we've made RPR Reports a core part of our business, and I wanted to share my approach with you.
For me, it all starts before the listing agreement is ever signed. Whether I'm door knocking, meeting a homeowner for the first time, or sitting down for a listing appointment, I lead with data, not a sales pitch. The RPR Seller's Report has become my go-to tool for establishing credibility right away. Sometimes it's as simple as pulling up the RPR app to show a homeowner an estimated property value. That one moment often opens the door to a much deeper conversation about timing, pricing, and whether now is the right time to sell. From there, a comprehensive Seller's Report guides the discussion. It provides the market context, comparable properties, and supporting data that help me answer questions and address concerns on the spot, so homeowners feel informed and confident, not pressured. As I put it: "The RPR Seller Report is always my first major tool to convince them I know what I am talking about." The reports aren't just informational, they're a trust-building tool that helps move conversations forward and sets the tone for the entire client relationship. You can read the full RPR feature, which also spotlights two other innovative REALTORS®, here. |
